Spring/Summer Tie Back This casual hat for cancer patients is designed with many features to flatter the woman with hair loss during chemotherapy. The crown has 8 evenly-spaced tucks to give the top of the hat a bit of a lift. The adjustable cuff is lined with 100% cotton french terry cloth, adding body to frame the face. The cuff may be folded to be wider or narrower for a personalized fit. The hat is secured by knotting the attached ties at the position that feels best: one knot for longer ties, double knot for shorter ties. Ties may hang in the back or to the side (see pictures) .
